HVM Series is a 3.5mm pitch wire-to-board connector. Manufactured using glass-filled PBT with a UL94V-0 rating offers high voltage capabilities in a small and low profile connector package.
Originally developed for automotive battery management systems (BMS), this high voltage side entry connector incorporates TPA (Terminal position assurance) and CPA (Connector Position Assurance) functionality.
The HVM Connector is available in 10 circuits, with a current rating of 5Amps, 1,000V AC/DC Voltage and operating temperature range of -40OC to +125OC.

Secondary retainer – Terminal position assurance (TPA)
- The Secondary Retainer or TPA feature ensures that the crimped contact has been inserted fully into the housing. It is a feature that aids the production/assembly process where it is not always easy to check that the crimped contact has been inserted correctly into the housing.
Secure locking device - Connector Position Assurance (CPA)
- The housing has a locking feature that prevents accidental disconnection due to restricted wire routing or high environmental vibration.
Highly reliable contact design
- The crimp terminal design offers a high degree of interface performance under conditions of vibration, distortion, low voltage or low current.
PCB mounting technology
- Headers are suitable for Surface Mount (SMT) PCB mounting.
