The ZND Connector is a 1.5mm pitch dual row Wire-to-Wire connector, with a design making it suitable for panel mount applications.
A compact connector, with superior insertion/withdrawal operability, incorporates a socket housing that also mates with JST's ZND Connector Wire-to-Board receptacle housing. The male pin and socket contacts are also compatible with the ZIM Wire-to-Wire Connector, which in theory facilitates a reduction in inventory requirements.
Initially developed for currency processing machines, this connector offers an expanse of flexibility and is ideal for a variety of electrical devices.
The ZND Connector is available in 16, 24, 32 and 40 circuit variations, with a current rating of 2Amps, 100V AC/DC Voltage and operating temperature range of -25oC to +85oC.

Secure lock mechanism
- The housing has a locking device to prevent accidental disconnection due to restricted wire routing or high environmental vibration.

- The retainer ensures that the contacts are fully seated and locked in the housing and prevents their accidental release.

- The connector is designed so that it can be locked onto and through a panel.
